M&D Supply – Return Policy

As part of our Mission to make customers happy by providing exceptional service, convenience, and value, M&D Supply will gladly refund your money on all (*) merchandise that is unused and in resellable condition. M&D Supply will also exchange any merchandise deemed to have manufacture defects preventing it from providing the quality and reliability expected by M&D Supply and its customers. Your original receipt guarantees it.

M&D Supply will follow manufacturer’s warranty and refund instructions on the following merchandise:

1. Power Equipment
2. Power Tools
3. Water Pumps
4. Appliances
5. Grills
6. Water Heaters

All returns will be done using the following guidelines:

• Cash purchase = cash refund
• Check purchase = cash refund
• Credit card purchase = credit card refund on same credit card item was purchased
• Charge account purchase = charge account credit to the same account

Returns or exchanges without a receipt may (*) be given an even exchange, a merchandise return card, or a corporate issued mail check. Receipts for purchases made with in-house accounts, credit card, or check within the last 90 days may be located in our system. Ask our return cashier or a store manager about receipt look up. Gift Card returns are not permissible.
*  Merchandise must be in new, sellable condition. Purchase must be verified before refund can be made. In some cases, research may need to be completed by our back office. In this instance, a mail check will be issued within 7 business days of purchase verification.

M&D Supply does not place any time limit on merchandise returns.

Online Returns

1. Return the item(s) to the M&D Supply location nearest you for an exchange or refund. For quicker processing, bring your original receipt.
2. Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice. Complete the return form that came with your order. Pack the item in the original packaging (or something comparable), and ship the return to the address printed on the return shipping label using the carrier of your choice. Once your shipment is received by M&D Supply, we will issue a credit based on your purchase method (credit card or in-house charge).
