I’ve been shopping at M&D Supply Ace Hardware in Tomball for a while now, and it’s become my go-to hardware store. What really sets this place apart is the people—especially Raylee. She’s always friendly, genuinely happy to help, and somehow manages to make every visit feel welcoming. Whether I have a quick question or need help finding something specific, she always takes the time to help with a smile.
I also love the store itself. The layout is easy to navigate, the prices are competitive with the big-box stores, and having a USPS post office inside is incredibly convenient. The team at the USPS counter is fantastic too—the ladies there are consistently friendly, efficient, and make shipping packages so much easier. They’ve been a noticeable step up from other USPS locations I’ve used. M&D has that rare small-town feel where everyone seems to genuinely care about helping customers. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so helpful and I love all the extra dog toys, and home goods they have to browse thru. Definitely my favorite home improvement spot

Love this ACE hardware! The staff is always nice and handing out popcorn and I always find everything I need. I also love that they have the US post office inside at the back, so I am able to run my errands and shop.

Sarah, Miranda, John G, and Jolie were THE MOST refreshing, knowledgeable group of people one could ask for today! I decided to restrain the door myself and them helping me through the door and explain in detail how to accomplish this was something I appreciate! Can't wait to show the update once we get it done! This is the definition of excellence in customer service
